Hair Stick - Spiral

I forge these hair sticks on Fridays (Freya's day). I make offerings to Freya and to the goddess Metis. I chant into them runes of protection and binding (because, hair stick). I also dedicate them to the goddess Metis for knowledge and cunning. Lastly, I chant in runes of protection.
These hair sticks are bare mild steel. I don't coat them in beeswax as they are going in people's hair. They should be kept dry, or at least not in prolonged wet. Natural hair oils will help to protect them. If they rust, a little 0000 steel wool mineral oil will clean them up.
